Our fees

We do not charge an initial set up fee.
We do not charge for preparing lease documentation each time.
We do not charge for checking tenant references each time.
We do not add 10% or more onto contractor’s maintenance invoices.
We do not employ in-house contractors who need to be kept busy!
We do not charge your tenants any fees.

Decided to change

If you have decided to change your Agent, we will take care of everything for you, just send a termination email to your existing agent and leave the rest to us :

• We will obtain all documentation and keys for your property and tenancy.
• We will meet with your tenants and explain the change in agent process.
• We will inspect your property and provide you with a detailed report of it`s condition after the changeover.
• We will arrange the transfer of the tenant’s deposit to our appointed registered holding scheme.
